Cleaning room
Cleaning of castings consists of burning off the heads, gates, risers and flamewashing down the riser contacts. Depending on the need, castings will go through a series of welding, grinding and inspection operations and then onto heat treatment.
We own three furnaces for thermal processing (two gas and one electric) with precise control of temperature and time, which allows us to achieve excellent mechanical properties of materials.
Cleaning room is also equipped with a machine for blast operations of castings up to 5 tons of weight.
